Lili Layton Bio

With a background in classical voice, Lili has been performing various styles of music in the Bay Area as well as in New York City. Her interest in Jazz started several years ago and has been her main focus ever since. Lili’s performances include Bay Area musicians, such as vibraphonist, Herb Gibson; guitarist, Pascal Bokar and drummer, Donald ‘Duck’ Bailey; the Susan Sutton Trio; Ed Kelly; the Jazz Doctors, as well as other great Bay Area musicians. She has opened for Charles Brown and Allan Holdsworth. "Demo Sessions Plus Two", Lili’s debut CD was released in November 2008. Lili has previously recorded tracks on the CD "Empty Hand".
